Aside from uncertainty, the reason we need learning is because humans and circumstances are always changing. A person's spare time is also sometimes not the same from time to time. There are those who change jobs, change positions and responsibilities in their work.
There are also those whose burden of responsibility is increasing. Therefore, we need to adapt to the current situation. Also, learn the right way to relate to them.
